Motorhead 'Orgasmatron'

Free Food February update…

Wednesday

Artichoke dip with crackers
1 Iced brownie
2 cups of some kind of trail mix (all from our Wednesday Promotional meeting)

This week has been mighty slim and it’s causing me to get slimmer. That’s certainly a nice benefit while my stomach growls.

--Last night, I put in a DVD from Netflix… Friday starring Ice Cube and Chris Tucker. For some reason, I was under the impression that it was a comedy. It was not.

Friday was about as funny as anal warts. It sounds funny, but when you’ve got it… It ain’t. I gave it 2 out of 5 stars and I won’t bother with Next Friday.

I also tried watching Seed Of Chucky… I was never a fan of the Child’s Play movies, but when I caught Bride Of Chucky on The Movie Channel years ago… I laughed my ass off. Bride Of Chucky is hysterical! And it has Jennifer Tilly in it.

Sure… Seed Of Chucky has Ms. Tilly in it as well, but there’s only so much bad film (not bad in a good way) I can take while admiring Jennifer Tilly. I gave it about 50 minutes and called it. I gave it 2 out of 5 stars.

And the 2 out of 5 star movies continued with Session 9 starring David Caruso. You know… That redheaded guy who left television’s successful NYPD Blue for a quickly forgotten career in film… Only to return to television with the successful and crappy CSI: Miami.

Session 9 has a good description… Session 9 is a contemporary tale of terror set in an abandoned insane asylum. The residents on Danvers, Massachusetts steer well clear of the place. But Danvers State Mental Hospital, closed down for 15 years, is about to receive five new visitors.

Trust me… There’s nothing exciting about seeing 5 guys argue and clean out an old mental institution. I couldn’t make it to the part where those jokers started going crazy or got visits from the ghosts of the former residents.

But on the television side of my Netflix queue… I enjoyed Michael Moore’s The Awful Truth.

The Awful Truth ran on the Bravo Network once his TV Nation ran its course on NBC (I think).

I don’t agree with a whole lot that Mr. Moore pushes… Gun control and Government programs like Welfare… But I admire his way of doing things. Take this clip from season two of The Awful Truth

And here’s the picture of me with Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead (today’s musical choice) taken when I was good looking about 20 years ago in Charlotte…
