Sorry about the lack of updating… Things have gotten extremely busy this week. So lets get to the liver of the matter, shall we?
Free Food February is still going and here’s the breakdown over the last couple of days…
Wednesday

The cheese cubes, wheat crackers, and broccoli were all part of the Wednesday morning Promotions Meeting or as Jamey Kerr calls it… The Promotions feeding.
Thursday
1 package of Lance Toastchees crackers (from the station’s supply)
1 Krispy Kreme doughnut
Natty Greene’s Cheddar Burger with fries (Dick Broadcasting dinner meeting)
This weekend could be a little tough. I may drink some Ensure to get through it.
--I did have time to watch a DVD from Netflix… You Kill Me.
It stars Ben Kingsley and Tea Leoni (her only good role that I’ve personally seen). And I was delighted… Yes. Delighted to see that it was directed by John Dahl… Director of fine films like Rounders, Joyride, The Last Seduction, and one of my personal favorites… Red Rock West.
You Kill Me is a strange tale about an alcoholic hit man that is forced to get sober by his organized crime family. The booze has been affecting his work to where he has even fallen asleep and missed a chance to take someone out. He’s moved across the country to find sobriety and strangely enough… Love.
I highly recommend You Kill Me and I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
--Well… I’ve got really nothing else. Like I’ve written at the beginning of this blog… I’ve been busy. I’m looking forward to chilling out over the weekend and getting caught up with laundry. I plan on hanging with Kim over the weekend. I’m going to try to talk her into going over to Buffalo Wild Wings for a little NTN Trivia on Saturday night while the Bud Shootout race at Daytona is on the TV’s.
I’m out. I’ll try to give you an update over the weekend. Thanks for checking in.
Next week if you start getting dizzy or something let me know. I work down town. I can drop some food off during the day if your coworkers won't eat it before you get in!
ReplyDeleteThen I should invoke the "Lawyer Rule" and we should meet for lunch sometime!
