Various Artists 'Various Sh*t Volume 21'

I last ate over 3 hours ago… P.F. Chang’s came by with enough food to feed the entire staff at Dick Broadcasting and Jason Goodman . It was very kind of them to make us all happier than an oversexed Miss Piggy at a “Frog Fling”.

I think I over did it… I’m still feeling slightly heavy from the good eatin’ that P.F. Chang’s brought to us. I had some of those delicious Chang’s Spare Ribs, Lettuce Wraps (yes, I ate lettuce), Ginger Chicken with Broccoli, Orange Peel Chicken, and Mongolian Beef. There just aren’t enough letters in “Damn” to get across how good the food is!

The first time I went to P.F. Chang’s… An old friend of mine took me. We got there and I looked over the menu. I wasn’t really finding too much that was tripping my trigger. I’m really cautious with new places and I tread on the menu lightly. I don’t like the idea of spending money on something that I can’t pronounce or that costs more than a copy of KISS ‘Alive’ on CD.

So I ordered the Ginger Chicken with Broccoli. She quickly gave me her opinion from high atop her horse… “You can get Ginger Chicken anywhere. Try something else. Expand your horizons.”

And wouldn’t you know it… The waiter agreed with her. That irritated me slightly as he told me that if I didn’t like what I ordered, he would bring me something else.

As much as I appreciate that kind of customer service… I didn’t much cotton to her attitude and politely settled for my first choice simply because I have never had Ginger Chicken. I didn’t care if I could get it down the street from a Cantonese man that lost his arm fighting marauding bandits off his mother… It was the point of the thing. Ya know?

I did take a bite of her Sea Bass and it was delicious!

So the next time I went to P.F. Chang’s I made sure to get the Sea Bass. Sure, it was lunch time… But I didn’t care. That Sea Bass is delicious! And I even got dessert out in the parking lot!

That’s another story that involves a woman that openly put took my hands and covered her breasts with them in broad daylight… And right in front of the customers there sitting by the front windows!

Dessert indeed, my friends!

If you’ve never been to P.F. Chang’s… Do yourself a favor and check it out. The food is damn (remember, not enough letters) good and the staff is knowledgeable and exuberant about their profession… Meaning that those jokers are awesome!
