Giving up red meat isn't one of them.<BR/><BR/>A much more effective change is lowering your sodium intake and increasing your potassium intake (which helps to flush sodium from the body). Other dietary changes shown to help reduce blood pressure are 2 oz. of dark chocolate daily (milk chocolate won't do it), and supplements of Vitamin C and garlic taken together, twice daily.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
